Factor Leading To Lighter Print Among Offset Printing Process-- PS Dampening Fluid
PS Dampening Fluid also affects ink cosvisity, but the wet cosvisity ink is better than dry type, cuz its water can reduce the ink cosvisity. Obviously PS Dampening fluid will be the director factor for the lighter print among offset printing process. Generally, ink cosvisity is reducing as PS dampening fluide increasing.
PS dampening fluid is not only affected by the pileup paper powder and ink of rubber blanket, but also decided by paper powder might be dissolved by the fluid. The more pileups accumulated, the print part will highly affected. Hence you'd better keep enough PS dampening fuid supplying among printing process.
