2. After Sale Service

Door to door service is available from us, customer merely need to provide the food and hotel, bearing the round tickets of our engineer. Or customer also can send people to our facotry for trainning. But normally 70% of our customer buy our machines can manage everything by themselves via operation manual, online techinical guide, videos and etc.

3. Price Policy

We have to declare that our machines are made with guarantee quality and well after sale service with reasonable price, we never attend price battle, neither over high, nor the lowest price in market. We concentrate provide the best quality machines with deserve price and service. Normally our team member will response all your emails within 24 hours in working days, except holiday days and weekends.

4. How do I handle if my machine meet problems? Even if you do not have dealer in our country.

We moment only have Thailand and Madagascar branch, other countries all do not have dealer due to the market reason. In order to give the end users best price and best techinical support as possible, we tried online support, email, photos, videos and etc ways to handle all your met problems. And results means it works. Our professional engineer easy catch up your meaning even your simple video with some simple description. We are manufacture, we know every single small detail of our machine. Pls enough trust us.

5. May i have slight change on machines?

It depends on machines' structure and what kind of requirement you require on machine. We always make our best efforts to sastisfy our customers needing. No matter yes or not, we will make solution and let u know the analysis result. But sometimes for the some changes, additional fee will be arise accordingly.

6. What's your machine lead time?

Normally our Rotary printing machine, Flexo printing machine, label cutting machine and Desktop printing machine and all auxilaries machines have stock at any time. But better confirm with us before your formal ordering. Once miss the stocked items, regular lead time is around 2 months.

7. May i have your flexo ink sample?

Yes, but sample is required and you can arrange via paypal. Normally we have 100g/bottle sample, this is enough for testing the ink quality. Due to ink belonged to chemical products, air freight is higher than common ways. If you have good forwarder with better price, we also can send via your ways.
