Factor Leading To Lighter Print Among Offset Printing Process-- Residue Pileup
Friction among Paper, ink, PS Fluid Funtain exists in offset printing process, in the meantime, it will affect printing quality. Hence, we need to keep observe this changing and analysis for making sure of normal printing. Residue Pileup is one of the reason for lighter print among offset printing process.
During printing process, the ink, and paper pilieup on rubber blanket will be one of the factor. Generally, clean rubber blanket will have residue pileup phenomenon when printing quantity reaches 1500pcs, this always decide by several factors.
The ink viscosity contains dry viscosity and wet viscosity. The dry viscosity means there was no PS dampening fluid inside ink. While wet viscosity ink has such fluid. Viscosity always changes among printing process, when ink voscosity is less than paper plate air slip limit, it will not easy brings to residue pileup. At the beginning of printing, for the clean blanket with PS fluid, ink was 100% tranfered onto paper. When printing quantity around 1500pcs or abnormal PS fluid situation, rubber blanket's print will occur residue pileup. The the liner transfer onto paper, its diamter is damaged, ink quantity is not eough, so that the presswork is lighter.
