Die Cutting Machine
With the high market demand of paper package, the requirements for die cutting machine also has increase tendency. From the structure of die cutting machine, it contains rotary die cutting machine, flatbed/ plain die cutting machine and rotary to flatbed die cutting machine. The biggest feature of rotary die cutting machine is its high speed for high work efficiency. It mainly contains stand-alone and flexo printing machine on line working forms. Because of its simple structure, low cost, high efficiency features, it is warmly welcomed using on market. Till now it becomes the standard units of flexo printing machine.
Comparing with rotary printing machine, plain die cutting machine working speed is a bit slow. Make it into one line roll to roll label die cutting machine still have chance for improving working efficiency for reducing process; hence it will be the main develop direction of die cutting machine. Besides , flatbed/ plain die cutting machine as its working structure and method, take paper 1.5㎡ paper as example, at least need over 100T pressure. This is also the biggest obstacle for developing plain die cutting machine. With the firms production cost pressure, they will have to use single face carton instead if double face carton flow. That is why plain die cutting machine also has hot demand on market.
