iSys Appoints Dantex as Apex 1290 Distributor
Dantex, a UK-based supplier of water wash photopolymer printing plates and processing equipment, has been appointed as a distributor for the Apex 1290 digital label printer.
The Apex 1290, developed by iSys Label, is prints at speeds of up to 9.14m a minute and is equipped with a rewinder and optional slitter. It is supplied with pre-press software which provides job monitoring and control for ripping, imposition and media optimization; as well as an optional variable data printing application. The machine can be extended to include a UV coating station to make it a stand-alone label production system.
Dantex is headquartered in England and has a network of subsidiary companies and sales and distribution centers in Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Holland, Poland and the US.
The 1290 digital label printer is available ex-stock and the company’s trained engineers are capable of extending assistance for installation, training and after sales support and service. Replacement toners, labelstock, together with machine spares and consumables, can be ordered from any Dantex distribution center.
