Emerging of 285μm High Speed Accuracy 3D Printing Technology
Vienna Technology University researchers proves that after improvement, 3D printing accuracy can reach 285μm. They adopt resin movable mirror directly focus laser during the printing process, resin contains a kind of monomer element, when the two kinds of photons will be actived into the solid. Honestly double photons laser is not a new technology nowadays, Professor Jürgen Stampfl says that printing speed originally is measured as mm per second, while our equipment can measure 5 meters within 1 second.
During the creation process, researchers try to develop new resin which is able to compatible with biological tissue, they want to creative nanometer level frame, while living cell can adhesion in the complicated biological structure.
