Label Printing Machine Import Tariff Regulation in 2012
Customs tariff Commission of the State Council recently publishes a new proposal on financial website regarding Label Printing Machine Import tariff Regulation in 2012, and it is effective from Jan, 2012. When compared with 2011, there are mainly two changes in imported label printing machine. One is new adding flexographic plate tariff, another one is reducing 2 kinds of screen printing machine import tariff.
General tariff of new adding flexographic plate is RMB70/ ㎡, most-favoured-nation tariff is RMB15/ ㎡. For the texitile circular screen printer HS.CODE 84431921 and texitile flatbed screen printing machine HS. CODE 84431922 most-favoured-nation tariff always be 10%, the tentative tariff is decreasing from 8% in 2011 to 6% in 2012.
