Waterbased ink was already adopted using by waterbased gloss oil, waterbased high temperature flexo ink and photo gravure high tempreature ink. But it is a new product when applicated in waterbased high temperature offet ink., which is dried via water steaming and vehicle conjectiva, and its drying speed is same as waterbased gloass oil, belonged to physic drying, no need special drying device, it is also can be fast drired with the help of IR dryer. Waterbased high temperature offset ink is suitable for all traditional offset printing machine, example:
Waterbased high temperature offset ink is applicated onto printing small size sheet paper offset printing press and short-run printing unit. Printing industry is the fast growing technology of the world in recent 20 years. Now already entering into digital printing period.
As reported, since human exist language till printing history, it past 100,000 years. From printing technology to printing type through 450 years, and another 30 years entered into colorful printing, then 3 years came into non-paper printing (multi mediea technology). With the developing and environmental constant improvement, brings huge challenge toward the entire printing industry contains all kinds of easy consumption parts of printing staff. The requirement of the printing work flow like raw material improvement and drying methold improvement. At present, screen printing, gravure printing largely use solvent based high temperature ink which contains 50%-60% volatility component, even with add the diluent agent for mixing using with high temperature ink, the total volatility component is about 70%-80%, this kind of air is harmful to human body and environmental pollution.
The alchohol dampening system among offet printing press is always discharge the volatility component toward the air, for the temperary stop work or change color, ink rollers clean and rubber blanket cleaning, people have to use gasoline which is flammability. But for the users, gasoline is more easier for cleaning and convinient using for fast drying and cheap price for highly reduce the cost.
