Print Solutions Breaks Ground on Major Expansion

MINNEAPOLIS—May 15, 2012—Imagine! broke ground recently to mark the construction for a new multimillion dollar expansion of its headquarters and production facility. The addition will add 300,000 square feet to its existing footprint, increasing the company’s production facility footprint to a total of 700,000 square feet.

The new addition will primarily be used for fulfillment, kitting and hand bindery operations and will allow the company to further expand its other business units, including the digital division. Minneapolis-based Welsh Construction was chosen as the general contractor to complete the project, which is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2012.

This is the latest investment in a series of recent developments that Imagine! has contributed to its strong growth and customer demand. Along with the new building renovation, Imagine! has recently purchased new digital and flexography presses and made advancements in technology improvements to better serve its customers.

“This investment is in line with our priority to be well prepared to support and serve our customers,” says Bob Lothenbach, Imagine!’s president and founder. “We are very excited to have this opportunity to expand our operations.

“This addition will allow us to be more versatile in our operations reflecting our commitment to provide the best customer experience in the industry. We value our customers and we want to ensure their success now and in the future. We will continue to be forward-thinking and invest in the right resources to help support long-term growth,” Lothenbach added.
