Other Reasons for Lighter Print Among Offset Printing Process
Other Reasons for Lighter Print Among Offset Printing Process
1. Generally when PS dampening fluid increases, ink deposit will be reduced. If operator could find this questions and adjust timely, but still some ink because of huge water sucking, printing considtion will be different. Now if oerator does this as normal for reducing the fluid, then print will be lighter.
2. Put too much dry oil inside ink during offset printing process. When machine stops, ink roller, ink duct's ink will fast dry, hence leading its ink sucking capacity turns down. When u begin to print, this time the ink quantity will become small, this will also lead for the lighter print.
3. Paper's quality, if the paper is not smooth with poor quality, it will also affect the absorption.
4. Operation not timely find the ink quantity inside ink duct.
5. High speed offset printing machine cylinder diameter is small, during press printing, the print width also reduced, at this time, if suddenly increase the printing speed, the plate with paper, and plate with rubber blanket can not well touched enough with increasing speed. The uncompleted touching will also lead to the ligher print.
